Anoto Group changes senior management
Lund, July 9, 2010 - Following an agreement with the current CEO, Anders
Norling, the board of directors of Anoto Group has decided to appoint Torgny
Hellström, currently COO and General Counsel of Anoto, to interim CEO, and at
the same time initiate a search for a new CEO.

Anoto has, during the past few years, undergone significant changes in
reshaping its strategy with regards to its offerings as well as target markets.
While growing the core business, Anoto Products, new opportunities have also
been uncovered and explored in Technology Licensing, the currently fastest
growing business area. In order to capture and maximize the opportunities at
hand in the existing as well as new business areas, the board and CEO have
concluded that a new management is required that takes the company through the
next growth phase.

The interim CEO has the task to continue executing the current growth strategy
and ensure efficient operations. In this, he will be supported by a transition
committee from the board.
