Only Adapx helps teams speed data collection, collaboration, and streamline operations by seamlessly integrating Anoto technology with our Capturx software add-in for market leading applications like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ArcGIS, and PDF.
Data on paper forms is automatically integrated into Excel or SharePoint without requiring custom coding, proprietary servers, or intermediate file formats. Data is accessible original handwriting, converted digital data, and structured data tables for use in a range of databases or back-end applications. The forms themselves are simply designed in Excel using standard Excel files and formatting. Data can be uploaded through USB or Bluetooth connections with cell phones.
Capturx is IT friendly, but not IT dependent - offering a range of options including Capturx Forms for Excel on desktops, Capturx for SharePoint on servers., and the Capturx Forms Service which is hosted and managed by Adapx.
With Capturx, teams can also mark up paper maps and designs with digital pens, which integrated the data directly into ArcGIS and PDF files as both structured data and freehand writing.
Capturx works with standard Anoto digital pen technology and standard software applications to create unique and patented experiences which speed up data collection, eliminate paper handling, and data entry, without requiring expensive equipment, training, IT involvement, or changes to existing business processes.
